This DIY Halloween ribbon wreath is sooo quick and easy! Anyone can make it. Basically if you can cut and tie you can make this!
This was the first wreath I ever made! I like how simple it is, and how its pretty much foolproof. All you have to do to make this is tie ribbon around a foam wreath! This diy Halloween ribbon wreath is also fully customizable. You can pick colors of ribbon that go with your decor or that just happen to be your favorite colors. And now that I think of it, this doesn’t have to be a Halloween wreath at all! With the right colors this could be a cute gift for a wedding or a baby shower too.
What you’ll need for this DIY Halloween ribbon wreath:
At least 25 yards of 2 or 2.5 inch black wired satin ribbon
scissors
ruler
Instructions:
Measure 16-18 inches of ribbon and cut. Use this cut piece to be your measure for each piece you cut afterwards. Be sure to save enough ribbon for a loop to hang it! After you make all your cuts start tying your pieces on. There’s no need to make a bow. You are literally just tying them in a knot. Fan out each end and scrunch each piece together as you go around. This way the ribbon will be close together and you won’t see the white on the wreath. And you’re done!
