In this post I’ve rounded up some of my favorite items for Valentine gift baskets – little girls especially will love these!

My favorites for Valentine gift baskets
Valentines Day is always a blast in our house- especially when you have a gaggle of girlies like we do! My favorite is surprising them with their Valentine gift baskets in the morning! In this list I’ve included some things I’ve purchased before like the adorable heart waffle maker see this post and the cute heart crayon wand.
I like to find things they CAN ACTUALLY USE, but that also have a bit of flair! What mom wants a bunch of itty bits of junk lying around? Not I that’s for sure! Ha! So without further ado here’s what I’m getting the girls this year. I hope you find some ideas worth sharing too!
Paper Source has a really fun selection of all things Valentines. I found these cute heart pens, heart hair ties (because Hello, three girls!), heart cat-eye sunglasses (tres chic!) and stackable heart crayons. If you haven’t perused their site yet- run! Everything is SO CUTE!
Giant fluffy heart pillow from Target. How cute will this look on any kids bed? I may just have to gift this one to them early. 😉
Musee bath bomb– Musee is an amazing company! Not only do their bath bombs smell ahhhh-mazing, but they have little surprises inside! This one has a sweet message on the outside, and a little heart to find once its all dissolved. I (woops, I mean Santa!) gifted them some for Christmas, and inside was a little Santa doll! If you don’t have time to order online I have found them at Anthropologie.
Everly has these heart pajamas, and they are just adorable. Really nice quality too. You can find them here- and you can even get matching sets for the whole family!
I love pajamas- especially super soft ones that I can lounge in all day. Honeydew has been a favorite brand of mine, and I think I will be buying these for my very own Valentine gift basket this year.
If you’re looking for some fun Valentine food and party inspo check my baby shower post here. And for the cutest DIY Galentine gift idea you’ll love this post!
Heart clip on book light– I found this on Amazon. Anything to encourage my girls to read. I bought one for myself too because my only time to read is when I’m in bed, and James is usually lights off before me.
Heart Hot Cocoa Bombs– Ok lets talk hot cocoa bombs for a sec. I saw these everywhere at Christmas and they fascinate me! This set I found on Etsy, and I plan to give them to the girls teachers and grandparents as well. But!!! I also plan to attempt to make my own this year! What a fun project to make with your kids! I’m all about getting as many uses out of one thing. This would double as a gift, science lesson and craft time with the girls. Bam! If mine turn out I will be sure to write a post. Here are the items I purchased from Amazon to make them.
My favorite baskets for your sweet Valentines.
You gotta have a cute basket to wrap this all up in right? I used to use heart shape plastic ones, but those get broken and start to look well… tacky. You could also use paper bags, but I think this is so much cuter. Why not use baskets that can later double as decor? This one from Target would be perfect, but I’ve linked some more here if pink just isn’t your thing. 😉 As always any links I post are commissionable, but at no extra cost to you!

At home Valentine dance idea
Lastly this strobe light– Okay, now you may be wondering, why a strobe light? Well, my girls live for the daddy/daughter dance each Valentines. And since this year we all have to socially distance I decided to recreate their dance here at home! Why not right? This can of course work for boys too! Play fun (and loud) music ;), get all decked out in your favorite outfit and dance the night away. I plan to make heart-shaped pizzas, have the girls decorate heart cookies (you can usually find them pre-made in your grocery store’s bakery section); and maybe we’ll even set up a fun photo booth or necklace making table. The sky is the limit to what you can do! Oh and don’t forget crepe paper streamer and balloons!!!

The strobe light is a great idea! Omg and heart shape pizza?? You are the most fun mom/person!
Thank you Marie! I have to say that little light was a GREAT purchase! It moves to the beat of your music!!! Its super small so its easy to store. I’m going to return the giant disco ball. We didn’t even need it!
